Dugong Bombo Radyu Bloodletting Activity November 15, 2025 – Robinsons North Abucay, Tacloban City Our group participated in the Dugong Bombo Radyu Bloodletting Activity held on November 15, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN at Robinsons North Abucay in Tacloban City. The event brought together individuals from different communities with one shared purpose—to help save lives through blood donation. Being present at the venue allowed us to witness firsthand the importance of volunteerism and the positive impact that simple acts of service can create. While attending the activity, our group also continued our academic responsibilities by holding our class through Google Meet on-site. This experience reminded us of the value of flexibility and commitment, as we balanced our participation in a community service event while still fulfilling our academic duties. It was a unique situation that showed our ability to adapt and stay responsible regardless of the setting. One of the most...

“Hope When Life Hurts”Metropolitan Bible Baptist Ekklesia Tacloban – Youth Service

“Hope When Life Hurts” Metropolitan Bible Baptist Ekklesia Tacloban – Youth Service Last Saturday, we attended the Youth Service held at the Auditorium of Metropolitan Bible Baptist Ekklesia Tacloban. The theme, “Hope When Life Hurts,” immediately captured our attention because it speaks to a reality that many young people silently struggle with. The service provided a setting where we could reflect deeply on our own experiences and recognize the importance of holding on to hope, especially during painful seasons of life. Throughout the message, we were reminded that hope is not simply an emotion but a firm trust in God’s character and promises. Even when circumstances are difficult, God remains constant, and His Word provides the foundation we need to stand strong. The preaching emphasized that true hope comes from God alone—He offers comfort, strength, and assurance even when we do not fully understand t...

"Serving the community starts with simple acts of care. Keeping our campus clean, one piece of trash at a time. 🧹✨ #NSTPJourney #TeamWork"

Image
Our NSTP-CWTS experience was a very memorable and meaningful part of our college life. During our activity, we picked up trashes inside and outside the campus. At first, we thought it was just a normal cleanup, but as we worked together, we realized how important it is to keep our surroundings clean. We saw how much waste was around, and it made us understand that taking care of the environment is everyone’s responsibility. While doing the activity, we learned how teamwork and cooperation can make work easier. Each of us helped one another. Some were sweeping, others were collecting the trash, and everyone was doing their best to make the place look better. Even if we got tired, we still enjoyed it because we knew we were helping our school and community. We also learned to appreciate the people who clean the campus every day because it’s not an easy job. Through this experience, we realized that helping the community does not always need big actions. Simple things like pic...

“More Than a Uniform: Lessons from Our NSTP Experience”

Image
Looking at this photo, I feel a deep sense of pride and gratitude for being part of this group. Wearing our NSTP uniforms, we stand together not just as classmates but as individuals united by a common purpose — to serve, to learn, and to grow. This moment captures more than just smiles and poses; it reflects the effort, teamwork, and shared experiences that shaped our journey. NSTP taught us more than what can be found in books. It reminded us of the value of cooperation, discipline, and compassion for others. Through various activities, we learned the importance of community involvement and helping those in need. Each of us carried different stories and strengths, but together, we created memories that will always remind us of our growth as students and as responsible citizens. This photo will always serve as a reminder that success is not achieved alone. It is built through teamwork, mutual respect, and shared goals. I’m truly grateful for this experience and for the peo...

SERVICE OF YOUNG FILIPINO PEOPLE The service of young Filipinos plays a vital role in strengthening communities and nurturing unity among people. These efforts symbolize not only their concern for the environment and society but also their commitment to being responsible citizens who contribute to the common good. Young people bring fresh ideas, energy, and passion that inspire others to act. By planting trees, they show their dedication to protecting the environment for future generations.
