"Teaching is not just a job; it's a journey of building dreams." BY: KIMBERLY YANGAO
"Education is not just about sharing knowledge—it’s about sparking a fire that inspires the next generation."
I’m Kimberly O. Yangao, a Bachelor of Elementary Education student here at Eastern Visayas State University. Choosing this course wasn’t just about picking a degree—it was about following something I’ve always felt deeply in my heart.
Ever since I was young, I’ve looked up to my teachers. I didn’t just admire their knowledge, but the way they made us feel supported, encouraged, and believed in. They helped shape who I am today, and that made me realize: I want to be that person for someone else. I want to be a teacher who makes a real difference.
For me, BEED is more than just a course—it’s a commitment. A commitment to helping children grow, guiding them not just in academics, but in discovering their talents, building their confidence, and learning values they’ll carry for life. I believe education opens doors, and I want to be someone who holds that door open for the next generation.
I chose Eastern Visayas State University because I believe in its reputation—not just for providing quality education, but for creating an environment where future teachers like me can grow. With the guidance of our professors and the support of this community, I know I’ll be ready to step into a classroom someday, prepared, passionate, and full of purpose.
One day, I see myself standing in front of my own class, not just teaching lessons, but inspiring dreams. That’s why I’m here. That’s why I chose this path.
Today, I stand with purpose: I am Kimberly O. Yangao, an aspiring educator, a believer in the power of learning, and someone who strives to make a lasting impact in every classroom she enters.
